USCIS has updated its premium processing fees, effective February 26, 2024. Forms I-907 postmarked on or after this date with incorrect fees will be rejected. The adjustment increases certain premium processing fees from $1,500 to $1,685, $1,750 to $1,965, and $2,500 to $2,805.
