USCIS Announces Premium Processing Fee Inflation Adjustment

USCIS announced an inflation adjustment to premium processing fees, increasing fees from $1,500 to $1,685, $1,750 to $1,965, and $2,500 to $2,805, effective February 26, 2024, as authorized under the USCIS Stabilizations Act.
USCIS announced that it will increase the fees for Premium Processing. This increase will be effective on February 26, 2024. Some of the fee changes are as follows;
Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker:
Current fee; $1500 (H-2B or R-1 nonimmigrant status) and $2500 (All other available Form 1- 129
classifications (E-1, E-2, E-3, HlB, H-3, L-lA, L-lB, LZ, 0-1, 0-2, Pl, P-1S, P-2, P-2S, P-3, P-3S, Q-
1, TN-1, and TN-2))
New Fee; $1685 (H-2B or R-1 nonimmigrant status) and $2805 (All other available Form 1- 129
classifications (E-1, E-2, E-3, HlB, H-3, L-lA, L-lB, LZ, 0-1, 0-2, Pl, P-1S, P-2, P-2S, P-3, P-3S, Q-

Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker:
Current Fee; $2500 (Employment-based (EB) classifications, E11, E12, E21 (non-NIW), E31, EW2, E13, and
E21 (NIW))
New Fee: $2805 (Employment-based (EB) classifications, E11, E12, E21 (non-NIW), E31, EW2, E13, and E21
(NIW))
