USCIS has introduced an Enterprise Change of Address (E-COA) self-service tool, providing individuals with a USCIS online account the convenience of updating their mailing and physical address for pending applications, petitions, or requests all in one centralized location.
Through E-COA, individuals with a USCIS online account can efficiently manage address updates for pending applications, petitions, or requests without the need to make changes in multiple locations. This eliminates the requirement to complete a paper AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address Card, make phone calls to the Contact Center, or physically visit a USCIS Field or Asylum Office. E-COA automates address changes for nearly all form types, with exceptions detailed at uscis.gov/addresschange.
