Premium Processing is a service that USCIS provides expedited processing for certain types of forms with an extra fee. USCIS has started implementing an expansion of their premium processing services for certain pending Form I-140. On September 15, 2022, USCIS started to accept I-907 (Premium Processing) requests for;
- E13 multinational executive and manager petitions received on or before January 1, 2022; and
- E21 NIW petitions received on or before February 1, 2022.
USCIS will reject premium processing requests for these specific classifications if the receipt date is after the listed dates.
