The Department of State has announced that all available EB-4 and EB-1 visas for FY2024 exhausted for Fiscal Year 2024. As a result, embassies and consulates was not able to issue visas in these categories until September 30, 2024. The annual limits will reset with the beginning of the new fiscal year on October 1, 2024.
