Change or Extension of Status:

B-1 & B-2 Status: If you want to change or extend your status within the U.S. for touristic or business purposes, we can assist you in preparing, filing, and monitoring the application.

F-1 & F-2 Status: If you want to participate in an educational program in the U.S and would like to change your status to F-1 or F-2 within the U.S., we can assist you in preparing and filing the application.

M-1 Status: If you want to participate in a vocational program in the U.S and would like to change your status to M-1 within the U.S., we can assist you in preparing and filing the application.

Work Visas & Statuses:

E-1 Trader & E-2 Investor Visas: We prepare E-1 treaty trader visa, and E-2 Investor visa applications at the U.S. Consulate abroad or as a Change of Status (COS) or Extension of Status (EOS) application within the U.S. both for company owners/partners and for managerial/specialized skill employees.

H-1B Visas: We represent employers and employees in H-1B registration, H-1B quota filings, as well as H-1B extension and change of status applications within the U.S. We also assist with preparing responses to complex H-1B Requests for Evidence (RFE).

L-1A Visas: We provide advice regarding L-1A and L-1B visas, including eligibility requirements, preparation of visa application packages and business plans for initial, extension or change of status L-1 visa applications.

O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa: We provide assessment for O-1 eligibility, prepare, and file O-1 visa applications for qualified individuals through their agents and employers.

J-1 Visa: We prepare change of status applications to and from J-1 status as well as waiver of the 2-year foreign residency requirement.

Other Work Visas: We prepare and file H-3 trainee visa applications for international companies; obtaining I status for various media representatives; obtaining P-1 and P-3 visas for famous and/or culturally unique artists to perform in the U.S., as well as obtaining R-1 visas for religious workers who would like to work at bona fide religious organizations in the U.S.

Green Card – Employment:

EB-1 Extraordinary Ability & EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW): We are very experienced in the dual green card self-sponsorship mechanisms of EB-1 Extraordinary Ability and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) applications and we can guide you with our experience by making the best strategy available to you.

EB-1 Multinational Managers/Executives: We prepare green card applications for multinational managers and executives of eligible U.S. companies.

EB-2 and EB-3 PERM Applications: We advise regarding the best strategies for an employer to sponsor a foreign worker based on an offer of employment. We can guide you with our experience and make the best strategy available for each application including preparing and filing PERM applications, responding to PERM audits, as well as filing I-140 and I-485 applications.

EB-4 Religious Workers: We prepare and file green card applications for religious workers.

EB-5 Immigrant Investors: We prepare and file green card applications for EB-5 investors.

Green Card – Family:

K-1 Fiancé and K-3 Spouse Visas: We provide advice regarding the best strategies for petitioning for a U.S. citizen’s fiancé or spouse.

Family Petitions: We help green card holders and U.S. citizens in determining the best strategies for bringing in their spouses, children, parents, or siblings to the U.S. We help you throughout the complex process including preparing, filing and following up on immigrant visa applications. We prepare our clients for interviews and represent them in their immigrant visa interviews in the U.S.

DV Lottery:

DV Lottery Green Card: Our services include assistance in the preparation of forms and documents required at the KCC and the Consulate stages or filing an I-485 adjustment of status application with the USCIS. We also prepare our clients for green card interviews at the U.S. Embassy or at USCIS offices.

Citizenship:

Citizenship: If you want to file your citizenship application, we can assist you in filing and preparing the case. We determine whether an applicant meets all the eligibility requirements for his/her naturalization application. We also attend naturalization interviews with our clients at USCIS offices.

Business and Corporate Law:

We advise and represent clients in business and corporate law, including; setting up corporations, drafting and negotiating commercial and business contracts, and assisting in filing trademark applications.

What can you expect when you work with us?
  1. We will set up a meeting to get to know your unique situation, choose the most suitable path for you.
  2. The second step of our process lasts 3-5 business days, during which we assign your case to one of the paralegals in our team, handle all necessary administrative details to set up your case.
  3. After you receive your invoice and make your initial payment, we send a questionnaire, you complete it and meet with us to work out the details.
  4. We will then work together to prepare your case and set you up for success. Our communications proceed mostly through email, and via phone when required. After we have prepared your case, we will share it with you for review. Then we will file your case and monitor it.
  5. Hopefully get the case approved no matter how difficult or unique the case might be.
